What happens after you submit
Minimal effort for you, full compliance on our side.
- Our doctor reviews your details, confirms the medicine is appropriate, and signs digitally.
- We email the signed script to your pharmacy (or the email you provided) and confirm with you.
- Your pharmacy fulfills the order; no in-person paperwork required.
Doctor oversight – We only release a script once it’s checked and signed by one of our registered South African doctors.
Pharmacy-ready – We send the signed PDF directly to your chosen pharmacy or the email you provide.
Blood request forms - Pathology and blood request forms are sent to the patient's email address only.
Schedule 6 – No Schedule 6 medication will be prescribed through Medvend Online.
Chronic renewals – Where clinically possible we renew chronic prescriptions for six months at a time. No script will exceed the legal maximum dose, and sleeping tablets such as Zolpidem/Zopivane are limited to 30 tablets per month.
